Government launches online application for exam preparation: KPK

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s (KPK) government said on Wednesday that a company named Noon will be responsible for helping students prepare for their exams.

“Initially, the company will provide exam preparation materials from a limited course outline,” Shahram Tarakai said.

The education minister said the entire course will be available on the online platform.

Further sharing the government’s plans to improve educational institutions in the country, the minister said his goal was to provide furniture to every school in the province.

It is relevant to mention here that the federal government announced on May 24 the holding of exams in all classes and authorized that no student would be promoted to the next class without exam this year.

The decision was made at the Interprovincial Conference of Ministers of Education (IPEMC) in which all ministers of education participated.

It was decided at the meeting that the Board reviews would begin after June 20. Intermediate and matrix exams would be given priority and would start from the third week of June.

The National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) decided on May 19 to reopen the education centers from May 24.

The National Command Operation Center (NCOC) had announced that educational institutions would open in districts where the rate of positivity for the coronavirus is less than 5%.
